Solvay Lifelong Learning is a Belgian school offering various courses, programmes and training dedicated to professionals.

Solvay contacted us to develop a collaborative invoicing platform for internal use. The team was using an Excel file to generate invoices and track payments.

Very manual process in shared Excel
People not sensitive to accounting rules (very frequent errors). In fact, the people in charge of invoicing are in charge of selling the programmes.
Very frequent copy-paste from their CR tool
